Both teachers have a very loving way to hold a space not only for the yoga practice but for living in a safe community. Inspiring and generous. They chose a wonderful setting very spacious were we could do yoga looking at the mountains with the sea below. Walking to the beach through the olive trees was special, and the little adventures in the near town as well. I came back home with a lot of energy and good memories . “I have been so excited for months knowing that I had this retreat in my dairy. The planets aligned and the synchronicities just kept coming. I shared my room with 2 wonderful caring women and connected with many more loving ladies over the 5 days. “I had a wonderful time with all the participants and enjoyed the yoga and meditations which have given me a new place to come from each day with my ongoing practice. You ladies worked so well together and complemented each other's practice beautifully. I feel so refreshed and recharged and ready for the rain rain rainy English weather.. sad face.
The venue was awesome, the area was nurturing and I feel so happy to have experienced such an amazing few days. TBH it felt like I had known everyone for ages and that we were there for a few weeks rather than a few days.
